How SMS Naija Subscription Modes Work

Every institution on SMS Naija — regardless of type — chooses one of three annual subscription modes: Directory Only, Digital Compact, or Automated Campus. Directory Only gets your institution listed in the national directory with a public profile — no management tools, and it can be priced as low as ₦0. Digital Compact unlocks a selected set of management modules for your institution's category. Automated Campus unlocks the full, expanded management engine. Here's the rule that matters most: there are no separate feature add-ons. You never pay extra for a specific feature on top of your subscription — every feature you get comes bundled into whichever mode you're on. If a feature isn't included in your current mode, it stays visible (so you know it exists) but locked, with a simple upgrade path to a mode that includes it. Pricing is set by SMS Naija and shown clearly before you ever pay — and if a price changes later, it never applies retroactively to a period you've already paid for.
